Message from our CEO

No other country presents global employers with the challenge of sourcing and attracting quality talent than Japan. Finding candidates with appropriate language skills, work experience or competence, and attracting them to join your company is a daunting task in most sectors.

With this backdrop in mind, Experis Executive was born as a search firm with a mission to expand the application of our core competence. With “search” in our DNA we are driven by best practices in candidate sourcing, which we combine with sales training to deliver for our clients as their representatives in the field – whether in our agency or onsite (RPO) teams.

Our rapid growth since inception is a testament to the culture we have created, and the values that we hold dear: quality of service, accountability, and trust are at the heart of how we approach our client engagements, whether a strategic search, or onsite recruiting in RPO.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Johnny is Operations Manager at Experis Executive, supporting market data, candidate research, operations and internal talent acquisition.

After studying Japanese at the University of Iowa, Johnny moved to Japan to further improved his fluency. Since 2013, he has worked in recruitment providing staffing and search solutions for global companies. Before entering the recruitment industry Johnny worked as a project manager for a technology service provider, where his achievements included establishing a multi-million dollar procurement supply chain for a leading global financial services client in the region.

In his free time, Johnny enjoys spending time with his wife, gaming with friends, and letting loose at karaoke
