Luke has over 15 years’ experience as a successful executive search professional in both Japan and his home country of Australia, especially within the start-up technology space.
Over his career, he has played a key role in building a successful boutique search practice where he was the most consistent and top performing consultant over six years, and then took his skills to Australia where he continued to focus on startup companies, expanding into ANZ and Singapore, while building up several successful small business ventures of his own.
He has built high performing teams in Japan and Australia from the top down, as well as executing critical “key man” searches for some of the most disruptive IT vendors in the industry. Leading the technology team, Luke has been fundamental in expanding and growing the business into new markets.
Outside of work Luke is a keen business entrepreneur who also enjoys participating in the performing arts, live music, and outdoor sports.
Neil has diverse experience in recruiting across both the Technology sector and in cross-industry functions, including HR, finance and accounting, and legal. After contributing strongly to our Technology Practice over the past few years, Neil is now leading the expansion of our Functional Practice that will focus on back office and IT roles across industries.
Neil has been in Japan for more than 20 years, converses fluently in Japanese and has strong sourcing capability through social media, trusted referrals, and candidate research. He enjoys open and direct communication with clients and candidates in the region to create win-win situations and successful endeavours.
In his free time, Neil likes spending time with his family at his house near the beach and enjoys surfing, running, and cycling. He volunteers as a local gardener, grows his own vegetables, and is an avid environmentalist.
Emmet is originally from New Zealand and has been living happily in Japan for over 10 years. With over 7 years experience in recruitment in Japan, Emmet has diverse experience recruiting for a range of mid-career to executive level positions in the technology sector. He also has a great personal interest in new technology and is always happy to talk and learn about the latest developments.
Outside of work Emmet likes to say he enjoys both chess and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. However, he also enjoys sitting back and watching Netflix.
With over five years of experience working in recruitment both in Japan and Canada, Damien brings a seasoned, professional approach to his candidates and clients. Damien specializes in recruiting bilingual IT professionals within the sales, engineering, and professional services organizations across clients in the telecommunications infrastructure, mobility, networking, cloud, enterprise software, and enterprise storage space.
Outside of work, Damien is both a fan of mixed martial arts and an active practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. When he is not training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, he can be found snowboarding during the winter or open water swimming in the summer months.
Nick has over 10 years of experience working in sales and recruitment both in Japan and Canada, and brings an experienced and unique approach to connecting candidates to his clients. Nick specializes in recruiting bilingual IT professionals within sales, consulting, engineering, and marketing across clients in the Cloud Computing, IT HW, Enterprise Software, and Marketing Analytics sectors.
Outside of work, Nick likes spending time in the gym, relaxing with family, and travelling.
Ross’s consulting focus is enterprise software, cloud, and security spaces with the mission of sourcing high quality talent for high growth clients.
Before moving to Japan, he spent over 10 years in IT sales and business management in Canada and the USA, where he primarily focused on high performance IT hardware and culture creation.
A lover of the outdoors, in his spare time Ross enjoys travelling, climbing, and other outdoor sports, as well as photography.
Rahul has over 14 years experience as a successful researcher and executive search professional in both Japan and EMEA, especially within the start-up technology space. As the co-founder of a leading market research firm, Rahul has deep experience and capability in scouting technology industry professionals in Japan and the Asia Pacific. Rahul’s consulting focus is on enterprise software, cloud services, and security spaces.
In his free time, Rahul enjoys participating in outdoor sports and gaming.
Fiona is a Consultant focused on recruiting for clients and candidates in the Enterprise and Digital Technology sectors. Her role is to scout and source quality candidates for our client’s searches and as part of this process, to help the careers of our candidates.
Fiona grew up in Macao and moved to Japan for study, graduating with a degree in Business Economics. Before coming to Japan she spent time on an exchange studies program in Switzerland.
Outside of work, Fiona plays volleyball, loves doing hot yoga, cooking, reading books, and exploring new coffee shops.
Tsubasa is a Consultant with the Technology team at Experis Executive, working directly with our top executive recruiters. He is focused on sourcing talent for our leading Enterprise Security, SaaS, PaaS and Enterprise Cloud Service clients.
From retail sales and management background, Bi-lingual in Japanese and English. After graduation he moved to Australia for 1 year, while outside of work, Tsubasa likes spending time in the gym, Driving cars.
Haruka is a Consultant focused on recruiting for clients and candidates in the Enterprise and Digital Technology sectors. Her role is to scout and source quality candidates for our client’s searches and as part of this process to help the careers of our candidates.
Haruka grew up in Japan, graduating with a degree in Architecture and design. Outside of work Haruka plays basketball, loves her dogs, traveling, spending time at her favorite coffee shop.
