Jonathan is the RPO Director at Experis Executive focused on service delivery for our end-to-end RPO engagements. This role requires driving our team of onsite recruiters, administrators, and researchers to a high set of standards to ensure our clients are more than satisfied with our results.

A native of Indonesia and fluent in English and Japanese, Jonathan has been in Japan since the year 2000 where he has accrued vast experience in recruitment and technology sales.

As an avid fan of sports, Jonathan likes to spend his weekend watching football, swimming in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter.

Kayoko Nanri

RPO OPERATIONS LEADER

Kayoko is the Client Services Leader in the Experis Executive RPO division. Her responsibility is to ensure successful candidate deliveries for our end-to-end RPO clients, and to lead training and development of RPO Associates.

Kayoko’s career before recruitment includes retail sales management and sales training. In recruitment, she has worked on RPO programs for several global telecommunications and technology vendors for both mid career and new graduate hiring.

With the ability to build strong relationships with clients and to build trust with candidates, Kayoko works for her client’s and candidate’s mutual success.

Outside of work, Kayoko enjoys swimming and Zumba classes, as well as skiing in winter.

Yo Cho

RPO PROGRAM MANAGER

As a member of the RPO team at Experis Executive, Yo works with the key client as a Program Manager, focused on service delivery for our end-to-end RPO engagements. This role requires driving our team of onsite recruiters, administrators, and researchers to high standards to ensure client success.

Yo has a wealth of experience in both the agency and in-house recruitment, specializing in recruiting bilingual professionals within the engineering and service organizations. With a keen interest in technology, he has recruited for global clients across the telecommunications, infrastructure, mobility, networking, and cloud technology fields.

Outside of work, Yo likes to spend his weekend with his family outdoors, hiking in the mountains, barbecuing in the summer, and visiting hot springs in the winter.

Mio Hasegawa

Mio is an RPO Recruiter with a wealth of experience in HR and recruitment. Having worked in the energy, general trading, and telecommunications sectors. Since moving into the recruitment field, Mio has been engaged in RPO projects with both global companies and Japanese companies, expanding internationally.

Utilizing knowledge of career counseling and psychology, she focuses on delivering “win-win” outcomes for her clients and candidates.

Mio’s hobbies are travelling, hot springs, hot yoga, walking downtown streets, and cat-cafe visits.

Tomoko is an end-to-end RPO Recruiter at Experis Executive.

Her experience includes working on RPO programs at a multinational mobile infrastructure company and global e-commerce company, with her role covering candidate sourcing, client engagement, and project management for both mid career and new graduate hiring.

Prior to recruitment, Tomoko was an HR generalist managing the entire process of mid-career employee recruitment and labor-related administration, as well as working as a marketing executive for a global recruitment company.

Outside of the office she enjoys Boxercise, yoga, and travel.

Miho Watanabe

Miho is an onsite RPO recruiter focused on Direct Sourcing for her clients. Her recruitment career includes holding a range of positions in support of onsite recruiters, then eventually taking over an onsite position with great success. Miho has a strong sense of commitment and responsibility to her clients and to the overall mission of helping them improve talent acquisition efficiency, reducing costs, and hiring high quality talent.

Miho studied in the UK, with a Master’s Degree in Politics and International Relations. In her free time, she loves travelling, yoga, and watching movies.

Ayaka studied in University of Hawaii at Manoa pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Science. After working in the fashion industry in NY, Ayaka returned to Japan to work in the hotel industry.

Otherwise, she also enjoys staying in and watching films.

Ty is a RPO Recruiter for the Lenovo team at Experis Executive. He is focused on sourcing and supporting talent for our end-to-end RPO engagements.

Ty is half American and Japanese and has spent time in both countries. He is fluent in both cultures and languages. Having attended Brigham Young University in Hawaii, Ty’s teammates were all surprised to find out that he cannot surf.

Active in sports such as martial arts and bouldering, he also enjoys traveling, especially to warmer countries. In the Winter, he loves to ski and snowboard and in the warmer months, swimming at the beach or hiking in the mountains.

Sean is a RPO Recruiter at Experis Executive. He is focused on sourcing and supporting talent for our end-to-end RPO programs.

Sean is half American and Japanese and has spent time in both countries, and is fluent in both cultures and languages. After graduating from Brigham Young University in Hawaii, he became a recruiter for a Japanese company operating in the US. 

Currently, Sean enjoys watching movies and spending time with his friends.

As an RPO Associate, Aiko supports onsite recruiters in the Onsite RPO Practice. Before entering the recruitment industry Aiko was in customer support for a game application company. Graduating in Entrepreneurship in the Philippines she ran a takoyaki business through her college years.

Aiko loves traveling around the world and has a passion for food. In her free time she is an avid photographer and spends a lot of time with family and friends.

Mie Oguma

RPO COORDINATOR

After training at Experis as an Associate Consultant, Mie is a Candidate Coordinator providing administration and sourcing support to our onsite RPO clients.

Mie has lived in the Philippines where she participated in volunteer programs supporting an orphanage and rural villages. Following this volunteer activity and English study, she returned to Japan to work in the hospitality industry where she used her English to support a wide range of international tourists.

Mie enjoys walking the city and country side, as well as traveling. This includes back to Taiwan where her family and relatives live.
