We wanted to provide the market with a quick update on some things happening at Experis.
On August 9th two Experis companies merged to become Experis Executive in order to align our strategy, vision and brand. The strongest units with previous companies have been retained and expanded to become teams under the one company and our hiring has increased. See Press Release.
This merger of companies is also reflected in our web and mail domains, now becoming https://experis-executive.jp/, and of course in our new logo.
WE ARE HIRING
Obviously with these changes comes growth and that means we are looking for good people to join the team! We have openings for Associate Consultant, RPO Consultant, Senior and Managing Consultants (Director) across a range of industries. This merging of teams also means we are all now in the same office on the 19th floor of the World Trade Center Building, enjoying a lovely view of Tokyo Tower and the city. Attached to Hamamatsucho and Daimon stations this is a very convenient location for candidates and the team as we avoid the heat of summer or rains in Spring. The office received a new paint job and is looking sharp, though we are rapidly running out of space and will soon need to take over adjacent floor space.
Building on our success in Consumer industry and Technology Industry recruiting, we are now broadening our industry coverage and looking to scale. We need ambitious leaders to help make this happen.
In addition we are leveraging our parent company’s global leadership in RPO and Managed Services to provide high-value RPO services to our Global and Key Accounts. We are seeking to hire professionals for each of these business lines, at both Associate and Senior level.
In the past few years since our establishment we have been able to deliver on high-value search under retained, primary agent and contingency models, as well as deliver on a highly successful RPO program. Our introduction-to-success ratio is arguably one of the highest in the market and reflects our focus on exclusive business as much as our experience in sourcing quality candidates.
One established software client approached us after engaging more than 10 agencies with a success ratio of just 52-to-1; while we introduced 6 high quality candidates for 2 hires. Another regional project saw our team executing on startup hiring of more than 60 people across Asia-Pacific through Experis as their exclusive agent, resulting in a high profile Japan President to lead the business here. Finally, another client recently engaged our team to hire their entire startup team with impressive results in the quality of talent we uncovered for them.
