Your privacy and the privacy of all registered users of Experis Executive is important to us.

Accordingly we have adopted the following privacy policy (“our policy”).

We will apply and follow the laws and principles of all relevant legislation, and maintain the data privacy of our customers, employees and other data subjects.

Our policy tells you, amongst other things, what information we gather from you through our site, how we may use or disclose that information, and our efforts to protect it.

1. Purpose, manner of collection and use of Personal Data

a. Types of information collected

In connection with your use of our site, you have the option to provide information in a number of different ways. As part of our site and recruitment and selection service we invite you to submit your resume to be stored with us. When you submit your resume we collect and store certain personally identifiable information, such as your name, e-mail address and contact details. All information provided by you enables Experis Executive to assist you in finding suitable employment opportunities. Through providing your personal information on this site or directly to Experis Executive, you confirm your willingness to engage Experis Executive to act confidentially on your behalf in its recruitment and selection service.

b. Additional information collected
In addition to information supplied through the use of this website Experis Executive recruiters (“researchers” and “consultants”) continuously gather publicly available information from additional sources. These sources include but are not limited to online and print media, social media, blogs, trade media, recruitment service subscriptions, and other paid media, as well as referrals or recommendations from third party individuals. This information is compiled and stored in our secure Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to create a “profile” with the aim of confirming your suitability for career opportunities provided by our clients. Our recruiters will proactively endeavour to contact and connect with you via any available channel such as social media, messaging, email or telephone, when they identify a strong potential match; and during the course of this exchange will confirm your willingness to engage Experis Executive to act confidentially on your behalf in its recruitment and selection service. Any requests for deletion of your information, or not to be contacted as part of this service will be granted. Given the continuous nature of data collection in our business process and the likelihood of your information being found again in future, it is advised that rather than “deletion” of your profile, you request a cessation to contact.

c. Use of information

The information submitted and collected will be used for the purposes of recruitment and selection as part of our service provided on your behalf. Other non-identifiable information may be used for the purposes of statistical analysis. We may also use your e-mail address to contact you directly regarding services or products that we believe may be of interest to you.

d. Disclosure of information

Our recruitment and selection service involves Experis Executive acting on your behalf and presenting your personal information to clients (potential employers) and our affiliates. We do not make any employment information available to potential employers without your consent. We do not sell or rent any information we collect as part of our services to any third party. Experis Executive may disclose personal data without choice or notification to fulfill certain legal and regulatory requirements.

2. Accuracy and duration of retention of Personal Data

It is important that the data provided by you are accurate and that you inform us if any information relating to your personal data requires updating. You may request your personal data be edited, amended or removed from our database at any time (subject to prior confirmation of identity). We will make any alteration to a candidate’s personal information as soon as it is personally conveyed to us by that candidate. For data requests please contact our Privacy Officer (contact details below). Subject to all other relevant legislation, your personal data will be held by Experis Executive, until you request its removal.

3. Data Security

We have applied industry standard security measures to protect your transmitted information but we cannot guarantee its complete security.
